  • Credit Card Fraud: Using or attempting to use another’s credit or debit card without their knowledge or permission.
  • Mortgage Fraud: Intentionally making a false statement, misrepresenting information or excluding information during the mortgage lending process.
  • Telecommunications Fraud: Obtaining telecommunications service for personal use by any fraudulent means.
